Code of Business Conduct and Ethics

We are committed to adhering to the highest standards of business conduct and ethics. The Board of Directors has adopted a Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy to ensure we adhere to honest and ethical conduct. Our Code of Business Conduct and Ethics includes strict provisions against bribery, corruption, and other illegal or unethical business practices in accordance with applicable state and federal rules and regulations.

Access and Affordability

We are committed to serving all of our customers. We recognize the importance of fair lending laws and regulations and have adopted a corporate compliance policy with respect to the Community Reinvestment Act. We strive to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act and continue to enhance our services to assist all of our customers.

Consumer Protection

We are dedicated to customer service and trustworthiness. We maintain a comprehensive Consumer Complaint Policy that establishes a process to resolve customer concerns in a timely, effective, and compliant manner. We also offer comprehensive services to educate new and existing customers on safe and proper use of our banking services.

Data Security

We prioritize data security through robust information security and data privacy policies and processes. We maintain adhere to all regulations and laws regarding data security and cybersecurity. Further, we provide customer education on securing confidential information, monitoring account access, and preventing fraud and other breaches of security through our Fraud Prevention Education Center.

We train employees to monitor for identity theft and other forms of cybersecurity threats. We monitor transactions to protect customer accounts via state-of-the-art intelligence technology and skilled fraud experts.

Resource Conservation

We endeavor to conserve our natural resources and the environment. We encourage electronic communication and online banking to reduce overall paper use in our customer communications. In addition, we encourage energy efficiency in our offices and branch locations. We engage in a comprehensive recycling program to limit waste of paper and to ensure proper disposal of electronic waste and other office products.

Community Engagement

We actively support the well-being of the communities where we operate. We give back to the community through our support of Community Reinvestment Act programs, as well as financial education programs to ensure all of our customers are served and to assist customers with financial wellness. Our community engagement goal is to help create shared value and future prosperity for the communities where we operate.
