ServisFirst Bank Deemed Top National Mid-Tier Bank by American Banker

ServisFirst Bank the only Alabama bank to be recognized nationally

ServisFirst Bank, a subsidiary of ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: SFBS) is ranked 13th in American Banker’s list of Mid-tier Performers with $2 Billion to $10 Billion of Assets in the U.S. The criterion is based on three-year average returns on equity (ROAE) for 2012-2014. ServisFirst had a three-year average ROAE of 15.40 percent and is the only bank headquartered in Alabama included in the ranking.

American Banker uses regulatory data to determine the rankings. Since those registered as subchapter S corporations are not subject to federal corporate income tax, data is adjusted accordingly to allow for fair comparison with peers.
