ServisFirst Bank Continues Expansion of Tampa Bay Region Office

ServisFirst Bank, a subsidiary of ServisFirst Bank Bancshares, Inc., recently announced two new hires, Scott Besece, Senior Vice President, Commercial & Industrial Banking Officer and Director, Florida Healthcare and Effie Santos, Vice President, Commercial Banking.

Scott Besece, Senior Vice President, Commercial & Industrial Banking Officer and Director, Florida Healthcare

Scott Besece joins the ServisFirst Bank Tampa Bay Region as Senior Vice President, Commercial and Industrial Banking Officer and Director, Florida Healthcare. In his role, Besece will be responsible for developing new business, underwriting, structuring and the closing of commercial loans, as well as maintaining and servicing an existing portfolio.

Besece is a senior banking and financial services executive with 22 years of middle market and corporate experience, including 15 years within the healthcare industry. His proficiencies include C&I Lending, asset- based lending, CRE lending, capital markets, financial/credit analysis, business development, relationship management, and team leadership.

Effie Santos, Vice President, Commercial Banking

Effie Santos joins the ServisFirst Bank Tampa Bay Region as Vice President, Commercial Banking. Santos will represent the Bank in the local community through active participation in community affairs and in marketing all of the Bank’s products and services.

Santos is a highly-committed, skilled career professional with more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry. She is skilled in leadership, combining business savvy, strategic thinking, effective team building, and thoughtful development of individual team members.
