ServisFirst Bank Announces Four New Vice Presidents in the West Central Florida Region

Florida Bank Veterans Join ServisFirst Bank

ServisFirst Bank, a subsidiary of ServisFirst Bancshares (NYSE:SFBS), is pleased to announce the addition of four new hires in the West Central Florida Region. ServisFirst Bank Tampa welcomes Kaela Lerner as Senior Vice President, Treasury Management Sales, and Tiffany Rodriguez as Vice President, Commercial Banking Officer. Philip de Freitas joins ServisFirst Bank Orlando as Senior Vice President, Treasury Management Sales, and George Nicolopoulos joins ServisFirst Bank Sarasota as Vice President, Commercial Banking. Collectively, these four bank veterans bring over 75 years of banking experience to the ServisFirst Bank team in West Central Florida.

Kaela Lerner, Senior Vice President, Treasury Management Sales

Kaela Lerner joins ServisFirst Bank Tampa as Senior Vice President, Treasury Management Sales. Lerner is a goal-oriented and highly analytical professional with extensive experience in market management, business development, banking operations, mergers and acquisitions, project management, and process development and improvement. Prior to joining ServisFirst Bank, Lerner served as Senior Vice President and Treasury Management leadership with roles at Fifth Third Bank, Seacoast Bank and PNC Bank. Outside of work, Lerner is on the Board of Directors for the Finance Committee and is a member of the Lighthouse for the Blind and Low Vision.

Tiffany Rodriguez, Vice President, Commercial Banking Officer

Tiffany Rodriguez joins ServisFirst Bank Tampa as Vice President, Commercial Banking Officer. Rodriguez is a highly motivated individual with a history of success in driving profitability and operational excellence in the banking industry. Her expertise lies in banking, business administration, sales, client relationship management, retention, and staffing. Before joining ServisFirst Bank, Rodriguez acted as Assistant Vice President, Financial Center Manager III for Fifth Third Bank where she was responsible for directing and administering a financial center and promoting growth through deposit and business development.

Philip de Freitas, Senior Vice President, Treasury Management Sales

Philip de Freitas joins ServisFirst Bank Orlando as Senior Vice President, Treasury Management Sales. de Freitas is a highly accomplished and focused senior sales rainmaker with an outstanding track record in resourcefulness and serving a diverse range of clients. Prior to joining ServisFirst Bank, de Freitas served as Vice President, Treasury Management Sales Officer for Seacoast Bank where he was responsible for offering a suite of treasury management products and solutions to clients. Additionally, de Freitas managed sales cycles, worked closely with commercial and business bankers to identify opportunities, and was an integral part of onboarding clients for the treasury management sales team.

George Nicolopoulos, Vice President, Commercial Banking

George Nicolopoulos joins ServisFirst Bank Sarasota as Vice President, Commercial Banking. Nicolopoulos is a proactive, results-driven problem-solver with strengths in communication, relationship building, and negotiation in the banking industry. Before joining ServisFirst Bank, Nicolopoulos acted as Vice President, Business Banking Relationship Manager for PNC Bank where he excelled in growing and managing portfolios to secure new commercial accounts, with a focus on deposits, lending, treasury, and merchant. Nicolopoulos is a member of the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance and a Small Business of the Year judge for the Manatee Chamber of Commerce.
