ServisFirst Bank Expands Tampa Bay Region Office

ServisFirst Bank, a subsidiary of ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: SFBS), recently announced the addition of Mark Coffie as Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking Officer; Aaron Jones as Florida Director, Government Contracting; Frank Terraferma as Commercial Banking Officer; and Chris Blaze as Vice President, Commercial Banking Officer within the Tampa Bay Region office.

Mark Coffie, Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking

Mark Coffie joins ServisFirst Bank Tampa Bay Region as Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking. In his role, Coffie will be responsible for developing new commercial and industrial loans, commercial real estate, and treasury management opportunities within the Tampa Bay market.

Prior to joining ServisFirst Bank, Coffie served as Senior Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer for HomeBanc in Tampa, Florida. He ranked in the top three for loan production and deposit growth year to date, and held a reputation for consistently achieving revenue and customer retention goals. Coffie earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of South Florida and earned accreditation from the University of Florida School of Banking.

Aaron Jones, Florida Director, Government Contracting

Aaron Jones joins ServisFirst Bank Tampa Bay Region as Florida Director, Government Contracting. Jones will be dedicated to the federal government sector, with emphasis in the Tampa Bay, Orlando, and Space Coast regions of Florida.

Jones has an extensive career as a business development professional and consultant with an emphasis on business- to-business and government sales for services and products. Most recently, Jones was a business development consultant for DAI Solutions in Tampa, Florida and Senior Federal Business Developer for LexisNexis Risk Solutions in Washington, D.C. A retired Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Army, Jones previously served at the Pentagon in the Office of the Secretary of Defense and at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.

Frank Terraferma, Commercial Banking Officer

Frank Terraferma joins ServisFirst Bank Tampa Bay Region as a Commercial Banking Officer. In his position, Terraferma is responsible for developing new business, underwriting, structuring and the closing of commercial loans, as well as maintaining and servicing an existing portfolio.

Terraferma was formerly a Treasury Management Associate with the Bank of Tampa. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Economics from Florida State University.

Chris Blaze, Vice President, Commercial Banking Officer

Chris Blaze joins ServisFirst Bank Tampa Bay Region as Vice President, Commercial Banking Officer. In his position, Blaze is responsible for developing new commercial and industrial loans, commercial real estate, and treasury management opportunities within the Tampa Bay market, all while providing a superior level of customer relations and service. This includes understanding clients’ business and industry, deep knowledge of all Bank Products, and offering strategic advice to clients.

Blaze has over 15 years of banking experience in the Tampa Bay region. Most recently, he served as Vice President and Client Manager for GulfShore Bank in Tampa, Florida. Outside of the office, Blaze is involved with Meals on Wheels, Junior Achievement of Tampa Bay, and First Tee of Tampa Bay. Blaze earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Florida and is currently in his junior year of accreditation from the University of Florida School of Banking.
