Zack Penney Joins Top-Ranked Regional Bank Board of Directors

Huntsville, AL -

ServisFirst Bank, a subsidiary of ServisFirst Bancshares (NYSE:SFBS), announces the addition of Zack Penney as a Board Member of ServisFirst Bank Huntsville.

Zack Penney owns and operates five dealerships in the Huntsville and Jasper markets. Their franchises include Toyota, Mitsubishi, Ford, and Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep. Bill Penney Motor Company is a third-generation family business that was started by Zack's grandfather, Bill Penney, in 1941. Zack took over operation of the stores from his father, Jerre Penney, who successfully grew the business for over 40 years.

In 2007, Zack attended and graduated from the National Auto Dealers Academy in McClean, Virginia. Zack belongs to a National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) 20 group and serves on several community boards including the Alabama Auto Dealers Association, Alabama Bass Trail, Southeast Toyota Marketing Board, and the Fellowship Christian Athletes North Alabama. He is also a member of Huntsville Rotary Club.

Zack graduated from Auburn University in 2004 with a degree in Entrepreneurial and Family business. He has always been a student of business, believing in continued education. Some of his greatest assets are his ability to build teams and connect with people, including his heart for serving his 270+ employees and their families.
