Gilbert Bolanos joins Top-Ranked Regional Bank as Vice President of Commercial Banking

ServisFirst Bank, a subsidiary of ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: SFBS), recently announced the new hire of Gilbert Bolanos to Vice President of Commercial Banking of ServisFirst Bank Tampa.

With over two decades of banking experience, Gilbert Bolanos joins ServisFirst Bank as an experienced banking-relations manager and developer. Gilbert has a proven track record in building and maintaining commercial and business banking relationships.

Prior to joining ServisFirst Bank, Bolanos served as Commercial Relationship Manager and Business Banking Relationship Manager at SunTrust Bank, Tampa Bay for over a decade. In this role, he was responsible for the management of business client portfolios and commercial loans prospecting, all while being a trusted business/commercial banking advisor to his clients. Throughout his banking career, Bolanos has held various banking positions, including Portfolio Loan Specialist, Private Banking Management Associate, and Personal Banker.

Bolanos is a cum laude graduate of the University of Santo Tomas located in Manila, Philippines where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Upon graduating, he went on to achieve his Master of Arts in Economics from Kathlolieke Universiteit Leuven in Leuven, Belgium, before returning back to the University of Santo Tomas to become a top university administrator and professor of Economics.
