ServisFirst Bank Mobile Announces New Board Member

Hunter Lyons joins top-ranked regional bank Board of Directors

Mobile, AL -

ServisFirst Bank, a subsidiary of ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: SFBS), recently announced the addition of Hunter Lyons as a Board Member of ServisFirst Bank Mobile.

Hunter Lyons is the President of Gulf City Body & Trailer Works, Inc. in Mobile, AL, a leader in the transportation equipment and service business since 1945. Lyons joins the ServisFirst Bank Mobile Board of Directors with years of industry and local association experience including his current board memberships with the ATA Truck PAC, Clear Point Charities, and the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce. He has served on the Bayside Academy Board of Trustees since 2015 and is currently the Vice Chair.

Hunter Lyons is a graduate of The Virginia Military Institute in Lexington, VA, where he received a B.A. in Economics and Finance. He resides in Fairhope, AL, with his wife and three children.

Lyons joins the following members of the ServisFirst Bank Mobile Board of Directors: Stephen G. Crawford, Lowell J. Fridman, Barry E. Gritter, Dr. James M. Harrison, Jr., Jim Henderson, Richard D. Inge, Kenneth S. Johnson, and John H. Lewis, Jr.
