ServisFirst Bank Nashville Announces Formation of Board of Directors

Five Nashville-Area Leaders Selected to Form Board of Directors for Bank’s Nashville Region

ServisFirst Bank, a subsidiary of ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: SFBS), recently announced the formation of a Board of Directors for their Nashville Region. The Board will oversee the Bank’s Tennessee operations. The ServisFirst Bank Nashville Board of Directors will include Charles Robert Bone, CEO of Bone McAllester Norton PLLC; Joe Cashia, Chairman and CEO of Ascend Healthcare Services LLC; Ryan Chapman, CEO of Premier Parking; Brent Clements, CEO of Addiction Campuses LLC; and Todd Robinson, Chairman and Principal of Earl Swensson Associates, Inc.

Charles Robert Bone, CEO of Bone McAllester Norton PLLC

Charles Robert Bone is the CEO of Bone McAllester Norton PLLC, a business law firm headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee. Bone concentrates his law practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and advising emerging business, entrepreneurs, offices and directors and governmental entities, including serving as general counsel for the Convention Center Authority of the Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County.

In addition to his law practice, Bone has been instrumental in developing several Tennessee-based companies as an entrepreneur, investor and board member, including as a founder of Phoenix Boats (Winchester, Tennessee), the Southern Steak & Oyster restaurant and Acme Feed & Seed. He also serves as a partner in and on the investment committee for the Tennessee Angel Fund, a statewide co-investment fund, and is involved in a myriad of charities within Nashville.

Joe Cashia, Chairman and CEO of Ascend Healthcare Services LLC

Joe Cashia is the Chairman and CEO of Ascend Healthcare Services LLC. Cashia has more than 25 years of experience in the dialysis industry and is a 30-year veteran of the healthcare industry. Over the course of his career, Cashia has created, acquired, or managed more than 1,000 dialysis centers.

Cashia helped create the new market concept of stand-alone centers that specialize in home therapy, increasing market share significantly in existing centers, as well as expansion into underserved markets. He currently acts as an adviser to principals and associates within the healthcare industry, aiding in due diligence processes, and directing management and investment strategy. Cashia has focused his career on strategic business planning and management for healthcare companies throughout the Southeast.

Ryan Chapman, CEO of Premier Parking

Ryan Chapman is the CEO of Premier Parking. Chapman has been responsible for transforming the company from one parking lot in Nashville to one of the most respected, fastest growing parking management companies in the United States.

Chapman ignited the growth of the company to its current portfolio of over 345 parking assets in 26 United States cities. Simultaneously, he created a culture within the organization that has earned recognition as a winner and a finalist of Best Places to Work and Small Business Awards in Nashville.

Chapman is a recipient of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s 30 Under 30 awards. Additionally, he is a member of the Phoenix Club, Young Presidents’ Organization, Kiwanis Club, Urban Land Institute, Green Parking Council, and the National Parking Association. He was named one of the inaugural Top 40 Under 40 leaders in the parking industry in 2015 by the National Parking Association.

Brent Clements, CEO of Addiction Campuses LLC

Brent Clements is the Founder/CEO of Addiction Campuses, LLC, a nationally recognized provider of drug, alcohol, and mental health services headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee. With offices in 12 states, Addiction Campuses has grown rapidly since its inception in May 2014.

Clements has over 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles for multiple organizations in healthcare and technology industries. He was also recognized as one of Nashville Business Journals 40 under 40 and Healthcare Heroes award in 2010.

Clements is active in the Nashville angel investing community, where he's helped many startups capitalize and get off the ground. Clements is also actively involved in numerous non-profits across the country.

Todd Robinson, Chairman and Principal of Earl Swensson Associates, Inc.

Todd Robinson, AIA, EDAC, is the Chairman and Principal of Earl Swensson Associates, Inc, a nationally recognized architecture firm headquartered in Nashville. Robinson joined ESa as a project architect in 1981, focusing his practice in healthcare design. He has been responsible for the design and project management of new, renovated and expanded medical facilities of almost all project types across the nation.

A charter member of Planetree’s Design Advisory Council, Robinson remains an active participant in the Planetree Visionary Design Network. Robinson is a Nashville Healthcare Council Leadership Health Care Member, a AIA Middle Tennessee Board Member, and a former member of the Nashville Ballet. The Nashville Business Journal named Robinson a Health Care Hero in 2014.
