ServisFirst Bank Mobile Announces New Board Member

J. Bonner Williams, Jr. Joins Top-Ranked Regional Bank Board of Directors

Mobile, AL -

ServisFirst Bank, a subsidiary of ServisFirst Bancshares (NYSE:SFBS), announces the addition of Bonner Williams as a Board Member of ServisFirst Bank Mobile.

Bonner Williams is the Vice President of ASM Recycling, Inc., an established commercial metal recycling company in Mobile, Alabama. Bonner currently serves on the Board of Directors for the ISRI Southeast Chapter, local Coastal Conservation Association chapter, and recently helped in local and state legislative affairs involved with the Scrap Recyclers Association of Alabama.

He is a member of the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce, Partners for Environmental Progress, and the Business Council of Alabama. He is a graduate from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Alabama where he received a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He currently lives in Mobile with his wife, Frances, and their two boys, Bonner III and Harris.
