ServisFirst Bank to Relocate Nashville Regional Bank to Broadwest Mixed-Use Community

ServisFirst Bank, a subsidiary of ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: SFBS), has executed a lease to relocate the Nashville Regional Bank and its retail financial center to Broadwest, Nashville’s new urban mixed-use community being developed by Propst Development.
The Bank will occupy the entire second floor, totaling more than 20,000 square feet of Class AA office space, in the 21-story office tower in Broadwest at 1600 West End Avenue. The full-service commercial bank’s retail financial center is taking approximately 2,500 square feet of retail space in a three-story building between the office tower and a 34-story tower, which includes 196 high-end condominiums anchored by a Conrad Nashville hotel by Hilton.

Broadwest will be completed in 2021 and combines Class AA office space, 196 high-end condominiums, the 237-room luxury Conrad Nashville, retail space and creative office space, surrounding a 1.5-acre plaza. The new community sits on a one-block footprint and offers a convenient urban location for businesses and new-to-market tenants who want on-site amenities with other restaurants and entertainment within an easy walk.

ServisFirst will move all of its regional employees into the Broadwest spaces in March 2021.
Broadwest is Nashville’s new 1.2 million-square-foot, urban mixed-use community combining Class AA office space, high-end condominiums, a Conrad Nashville hotel by Hilton and retail space developed by Propst Development, LLC.
When completed in 2021, Broadwest will include a 21-story office tower with 520,000 square feet of Class AA space. A second 34-story tower will include 196 high-end condominiums anchored by a 237-room luxury Conrad Nashville. The two towers will be connected by an additional 125,000 square feet of retail and creative office space, and anchored by a 1.5-acre plaza at the heart of this new community.
Broadwest encompasses a full city block at 1600 West End Avenue, within an easy walk to restaurants, entertainment, music and sports venues.
