ServisFirst Bank Nashville Welcomes Two Employees, Promotes Two Within Nashville Office

Nashville, TN -

ServisFirst Bank, a subsidiary of ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: SFBS), has announced the addition of two employees and promotion of two employees within the Nashville office: Ebony Parker as Customer Service Representative; Ryan Tilghman as Mortgage Loan Officer; Megan Spilka to Branch Manager; and Ray Coombs to Cash Management Associate.

Ebony Parker, Customer Service Representative

Ebony Parker joins ServisFirst Bank Nashville as a Customer Service Representative. Her responsibilities as Customer Service Representative include promoting ServisFirst Bank by providing exceptional customer service and performing operational duties.

Parker graduated from McNeese State University with a degree in Finance. She is an active member of the Junior League of Nashville.

Ryan Tilghman, Mortgage Loan Officer

Ryan Tilghman joins ServisFirst Bank Nashville as a Mortgage Loan Officer. Previously, Tilghman worked within the Shelbyville Central High School system. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, Tilghman assists clients and prospective borrowers by providing general advice on the current mortgage market and products, origination and refinancing.

Tilghman graduated from Tennessee Tech University. He is an active member of Shelbyville Mills Baptist Church and is the director of Learn to Fly, a mentoring program with Shelbyville Central High School.

Megan Spilka, Branch Manager

Megan Spilka has been promoted to the Branch Manager of ServisFirst Bank Nashville after serving as Assistant Branch Manager since 2016. In her new role, Spilka garners new business for the bank and oversees customer service. She manages daily operations and sales goals of ServisFirst Bank Nashville, as well as promotes all of the financial services provided by the bank.

Spilka is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University. Sh is an associate member of the Junior Achievement of Middle Tennessee.

Ray Coombs, Cash Management Specialist

Ray Coombs joined ServisFirst Bank in 2016 as a Client Service Representative after serving as a member of the United States Marine Corps. Coombs’ new role as a Cash Management Specialist focuses on Commercial Treasury product sales and implementation. He also oversees technical support for ServisFirst Bank’s Commercial Online Banking platforms.
