ServisFirst Bank Nashville Announces Addition of Two Local, Veteran Bankers

George Mabry and Meridith Hobbs Join ServisFirst Bank

Nashville, TN -

ServisFirst Bank, a subsidiary of ServisFirst Bancshares (NYSE:SFBS), announces the addition of George Mabry and Meridith Hobbs to ServisFirst Bank Nashville.

George Mabry, Senior Vice President, Commercial and Private Banking Team Leader
George Mabry joins ServisFirst Bank Nashville as Senior Vice President, Commercial and Private Banking Team Leader. In his new role, Mabry will be building a small production team focused on both commercial and private banking clients in the Middle Tennessee area.

Mabry is a native Nashvillian who has worked in the Nashville financial services industry since graduating from Centre College in 1991. In 2008, George was one of the initial employees to help Capstar Bank open its doors as a startup bank in Nashville. Prior to joining ServisFirst Bank, he worked at Capstar Bank for fourteen years, developing Private Banking and Commercial Banking relationships.

Mabry has always been active in the Nashville community, serving on many local boards over the years, including the March of Dimes, Harding Academy, St. George’s Church, St. Luke’s Community Center and Hillwood Country Club. Currently, he serves on the Boulevard Bolt Steering Committee and the board of Coastal Conservation Association.

Meridith Hobbs, Assistant Vice President, Commercial and Private Banking Relationship Manager
Meridith Hobbs joins ServisFirst Bank Nashville as Assistant Vice President, Commercial and Private Banking Relationship Manager where she will specialize in developing and serving Private Banking and Commercial clients in the Middle Tennessee area.

Hobbs is a Kentucky native who began her banking career while in college. After graduating from Western Kentucky University with a Master’s in Psychology, she worked full time in the financial sector providing banking and investment services for Commercial and Private Banking clientele. Prior to joining ServisFirst Bank, Hobbs served as a Senior Client Service Representative with Capstar Bank and managed several, significant commercial and private banking relationships. In 2008, Hobbs was one of the initial employees to help Capstar Bank open its doors as a startup bank in Nashville where she remained for the next fourteen years.
